Facts about Captain cooks HMS Endeavour


  1. The ship was brought back from the navy in 1768.
  2. It launched in 1764.
  3. It was first called HM bark endeavour.
  4. The HMS endeavour sank and has never been found.
  5. They made an exact replica in the 1980s.
  6. Captain cook was the first european to define New zealand.
  7. A sailor traded HMS endeavour to Captain cook.
